hey I know I have asked this a million times but can you help me loose weight... okay so you gave me a lot of good meal options but the problem is that I have NO time to cook.. do you have any ideas of just super simple meals I can bring to school?! And have in the morning or for dinner?!
just stick to eating salads.. DONT put in capsicum, cheese, avocado or too many tomatoes. use plenty of lettuce,carrots RADISHES, celery and cucumber they are all negative calorie foods, it takes your body more calories to eat and burn them off then the calories they actually contain. if you dont like cooking just buy low calories pasta sauces (HUNTS have alot of them for 30-60 cals per serving) or condensed soup and microwave the noodles with them.. you will loose weight because shirataki has no calories but your body must use calories to digest them.. and do PLENTY of walking

thankyou ^^yeah.. all the time, sometimes people in stores or people in the streets tell their co-workers and friends ect. to come around/ turn around just to see my legs or how skinny i am ect. they dont realise i know it though or that i can hear them.. over time i got used to it though.. it still bothers me sometimes i guess

red chili peppers, add chili to as many foods as you can (chili powder if you can’t stand red chili peppers)
celery and carrots- they are both “negative calorie foods” this means the process of getting the nutrients and digestion takes more calories than the food contains in itself!
cayenne pepper- add a 2-3 teaspoons of this with lemon juice and hot water and drink it a few times a day it aids with fat burning and weight loss
straight black coffee- add splenda if you can’t stand the taste, drink this before working out or in the morning/afternoon coffee will boost your metabolism.
apple cider vinegar- dilute 2 tablespoons of this with a glass of water and drink before every meal (it will make you feel fuller and want to eat less, it also takes out alot of the carbs in foods such as pasta ect. making them less “fatty” or “weight gainy” in a sense) it also has a ton of other health benefits and can reduce bloating and acne.
greens are a no brainer- spinach, cabbage, lettuce and green beans are all extremley low in calories and you can make a great salad out of them!
if your craving foods such as tuna but don’t want the caloric content of it try some sauerkraut its fermented/ pickled cabbage but legit tastes like tuna and depending on the brand it can be 0cals to at the MOST 25 calories for a massive serving!
pickles- they are crunchy and can satisfy cravings for sweet/salty foods and are only 10 calories for two medium-large pickles!
