yupp! but only use vegetables like lettuce,cucumber and carrots dont use too many tomatoes or red fruits or capsicum they are higher in natural sugar content.. dont dress your salads with salad dressing use vinegar and splenda instead or red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar, the acidity in it helps to breakdown fat and salads are usuallly only 30 cals or so.alot of salad dressings such as mayo or even italian herb ect.. can have a whopping like 300 calories in one tablespoon
